About two weeks ago my wonderful computer savy friend hooked me up with a desktop. This are moving again.

And... I added a new project to my doodle board. This one might be easy. I'm done with the thumbnails and working on drafts.

I think as long as I get a chunk if it done while the mojo is going then I shouldn't get too frustrated. At least until I start scanning and digitizing it.

I am trying to organize while I wait for the new computer. I thought that would be not only easy but fun! Cuz old art can be funny when you can't remember the context.

It is less fun when you can't remember were you put all your note books. Did you make a note about it in a file in a jump drive? Too bad you can't check that there jump drive!

I think my dead computer is laughing at me. Or maybe it's the dust bunnies... Back to searching!

So... My computer is mostly dead. I'm working on getting a new one but it might be in a week or two. It mostly died on 10-8-14 but I haven't been stress free enugh to write about it. The memory was able to be backed up with made me very happy.

Backups are your friends!

Speaking of friends, my friend is fixing up another computer for me. Not as bad as the great computer loss from a few years ago when I lost everything. That one still stresses me.

Cleaning up the scans I found that most were not there. This is what happens when I blindly trust things to do what I tell them to.

How ever it will be a cold day in hell before I scan stuff at work again. Or at least not until I have a crap ton of new stuff. Same thing.

So I WILL make this work. Or go insane. One or the other.

So, I managed to get up the courage to ask my manager if I could scan some art after work with their scanners. Dinky little things with auto feed.

She said yes! So I have about 50 things to clean up and post. X3

There are several that will be nice when finished and I'll be putting them in the shop. Uhmmm.... Might switch the shop though. Still looking into that.

So, on my way home from NYC. Lots of fun but no time to sit down and draw. Entirely because I was eating, sleeping and having fun caching up with my little sister.

I honestly thought I would be able to draw on the train. This was a very bad idea.

Also please remind me to kick people in the teeth if they tell me I should scan my art instead of photographing it. I never want to look at another scanner online again.

If it wasn't such a pain I might resort to posting art via my phone.

It's 5am I should be asleep and not planning webpage layouts. :-(

What I though would be just a little work has turned into an avalanche of insane additions. All sorts of little things I discovered with a small google search. X3

And then there are a million other things that should-not-be-a-problem but are. Then the debate to buy a new art program or cintiq or just save all my money.

It's just... Not so simple. XD
